At Fabel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your personalized storybook. Because each book is custom-made with your unique content and printed on demand, our refund policy reflects the nature of these personalized products.

Order Cancellation

Before printing begins: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so within a short window after placing it. Once your book enters the printing process, cancellation is no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at hello@getfabel.com with your order number. We will do our best to cancel your order if printing has not yet started.

Defective or Damaged Products

If your book arrives damaged, has printing defects, or has missing pages, we will gladly provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

To report a defective product:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@getfabel.com
• Include your order number
• Provide photos clearly showing the defect or damage
• Describe the issue you encountered

We will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a resolution.

Content Errors (Customer-Provided)

Because Fabel books are personalized with your content, we cannot offer refunds for issues related to:

• Spelling or grammatical errors in character names or story premises
• Incorrect information you provided during book creation
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content choices
• Change of mind after the book has been printed

We encourage you to carefully review your book preview before placing your order to ensure all details are correct.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, please contact us. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your package. If your order is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or provide a full refund.

Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

For replacement orders, we will ship a new copy as soon as possible, typically within 3-5 business days.

Digital Books

Creating digital storybooks on Fabel is free. Since no payment is involved for digital-only books, no refund is applicable.
